I will be posting a bunch of quick tips from now on, these are little bits of advice that you can hold onto and then apply as you see fit. It’s just that sometimes you don’t need a long essay to explain something that can benefit you.
This may not apply to all (especially not to those of you who already train for hours on end), but you should consider that having a 15 minute net session will not prepare you for a 5 hour session out in the middle during a match. Therefore you should at least understand how your training is replicating the situations and scenarios that you would often encounter during a match.
So, the takeaway is, if you want to bat for a whole day, is your training setting you up for that?
